Excessive drinking or hepatitis are the two most likely scenarios, but I'm not a Doctor. Ultimately its a Liver issue. Look to see if your eyes are yellow... that's jaundice and a sign that you have a liver issue.

Green bowel movements occur for several reasons and most of them relate to dietary issues. If food passes through the digestive system too quickly, or something you've eaten disagrees with you, the undigested chyme and organic matter may contribute to the discoloration. Common reasons for food not being digested properly include food poisoning, a stomach virus, or food allergies.

Also, if you're taking supplements for various ailments or just for improving health, they can result in green bowel movements as well. Excess iron intake or consuming an algae or chlorophyll supplement could also have that effect. Eating excess amounts of green leafy vegetables (such as spinach) could also result in the quick release of these foods into waste matter.

Babies often show signs of what they have eaten in their bowel movements due to their immature digestive systems. Food that's not as easy to absorb (such as corn or raisins) often turn up undigested in their diapers. Newly introduced foods (such as peas or carrots) might result in rainbow colored poop as well. As babies' digestive systems mature, there should be fewer surprises.

Most times, you can look back at what you've eaten and realize why you produced green bowel movements. A child may have overdone it with green Kool-Aid®, Jell-O®, or Gatorade® and tinted their BM. A big dinner of green leafy vegetables might have upset your stomach and then a quick dash to the bathroom might reveal what you just ate. A person who recently began a new health or diet regimen of green vegetable drinks (such as through juicing) or just eating extra vegetables might also find green bowel movements occur while your body adjusts.

Not a medical opinion but the color of your bowels are often associated with what you've eaten recently. I would monitor and if the color persist and different from your normal then I seek a medical opinion. Have you tried webmed.com? Good luck but don't wait too long for medical advice.
