I had the same experience with this company. I also "worked" with Donna Lee. I was nervous about the need to send money upfront but did so via Western Union to a Frances McDonald. Right after I hit send (I did it online) a box popped up on Western Union's sight telling about their anti fraud advocacy and how to tell if something was a fraud. #1 item was a loan asking for money upfront. I called Western Union right away and they stopped my transaction. After that I did some research and found that the address listed on the website is registered to over 50 people. Not only that, when I called the post office, they told me that the business that was there had left over a month prior. Also, if you really look at their website, they list their testimonials to AmeriChoice. Americhoice is an insurance company. Needless to say, I was so very relieved that I had seen that box on Western Union's sight. I was able to recover my money because I stopped the transaction within minutes. They did try to pick up my money some 30 minutes later and for a company that closes at 7 at night, I got a call from Erica Jessip (manager, or so she said) at nearly 11pm saying that there had been an issue with my money transfer could I call Western Union for them? I have reported them to the AG's office and filed a police report. I also notified all three reporting agencies that my identity could be in danger. Luckily mine was not as an expensive lesson as others but I am still up all night wondering how to feed my three children now that we don't have this money. Whoever is reading this...DO NOT ever send money up front. It is illegal for a company to ask for money upfront like this. I am really sorry for those of you who did have your money taken. Try calling the PA AG and also your local police. I don't know that it will help you get your money back but maybe we can help stop someone else from becoming victims. I also have made contact with American choice funding and lost $3500....same situation is they ask for a certain amount of money upfront and then later ask for more saying that the insurance company will not grant the loan unless it has been approved for a higher collateral due to bad credit the customer has. I have dealt with Donna Lee, a fake loan rep and another lady name Erica Jessup who took over my file to let me know that Donna Lee has not properly handled the case and that only $500 additional dollars was needed in order to get the money in my bank account within 24 hrs or rather 5 to 6 hrs. The people they had me wire the money to via western union was Frances Mcdonald and Donna Randall. Soon as I did send all of my money I called and the phone was disconnected and I no longer can reach any of them. They are a legitimate scam. Please do not deal with them. They sound professional but are liars. If anyone has any answers please let me know. Answered by kdawg01Age : 44 1 month ago Report Abuse Edit Delete Add comments |

I have been, or should say "had" been dealing with them since July 19th. I applied and was "approved" for $7,500.00. I was asked to send the first 4 months payments of $200.28 (or $801.12 CAD). Once all the conditions were fuffilled I was advised I would receive a direct deposit by Tuesday July 26. On Wednesday I called to ask where the money was and was advised I had to pay $1,250.00 for insurance. I sent them $500 more and they "credited" the remaining balance. Both wire transfers were picked up within 2 hours of me sending. I initially dealt with Wayne White @ 1-855-451-3601 ext. 549 and sent the funds to a Frances McDonald. The customer service rep I had been speaking too was Erika Jessop.I was told the file "timed out" and had to be "re-pooled". I haven't heard a thing since last Friday and now I can't get anyone to respond to me. No one is answering at reception nor responding to my repeated requests for answers. I have to say the experience has had me up at night panicing I just lost $1,365.00 and now in a really bad position. I'll respond with an outcome good or bad, but I recommend seeking a loan elsewhere. There is something very shady about this entire process.
