Can a home owner tell a family to be out of the house in three days even if they don't have any were to go?
Both parents just got a job and they just need a little bit more time they owe two month of rent this is why they are being told to leave in three days but they don't have any were to go.

if there is no written contract as who pays the rent and how much,yes they can be made get out today. if they are in a contract usually they have 10 days and if they have under aged children that can go up to 30days Answered by dixeechicAge : 44 1 month ago Report Abuse Edit Delete
