Can he take my son?
I haven't had any contact with my sons father since I told him about the pregnancy, he refuses to sign the birth certificate (I am going to name him anyway) does he have any rights to take my son? In Family Asked by Sami Ne... Age : 23 3 Answers

if you put the fathers name then yes he has rights? what will happen is because your going to name him he will be tracked down and have mainntanence to pay if working,then that gives him instant rights!bye puting ur name on it then ud have to be unaware of the fathers location then he would not have a leg to stand on. no he wont take your son.
