NO! absolutely not. the definition of losing ones virginity is to have sexual intercourse. a tampon can break the hymen (piece of skin covering the vaginal opening) but this is not virginity. the hymen can be broken many ways, tampons, falling, riding bikes, fingers, sex, accidents, or just time some girls don't have one or some girls stretch out over time. some one lacking a hymen is not necessarily a non virgin.
