The brown clumps are probably old blood that may have resulted from slight tears to the vagina wall during intercourse. Mention to the doctor during your next appointment. Missing your last two periods is not a good thing unless you're trying to become pregnant. If you've been having unprotected sex you should do a pregnancy test to make sure.
