Get a piece of paper and write down separately two words confused and scared and then list under each what is making you feel that way.
Then you will be able to help yourself and ask others to help you. If you cannot explain or at least try to determine what is making you confused or scared then it is hard to begin to solve your problem. When you have these feelings just write them down. I hope this helps and don't forget to ask someone near to you to help you.
