That is a very difficult question because our careers have the potential to change. We may become bored or tired of what we're doing and begin in a totally new direction, but we may never have taken that step had we not done the things that bored us. In response to your question, I feel that when a person begins to get tired or bored with what they are doing then it may be time to look for something else that is more challenging and more fun to do. When it becomes a routine and you lose the excitement of retuning to what you were doing the day before. Well it is expected that when you pick a career in College that its the one destend for you. For most individuals when holding a position they expect to be in a golden platter, for these they are misled because in every job you hold your bound to fine people who won't treat you like you deserve. The key to having a sucessful experience is to remind yourself that your at work to do your duty... meaning your work. Yes, you must also have a cordial relationship with your colleages.
