Look at successes you've had in the past and how it felt then. With that feeling in mind, you can repeat that success and build on that like a ladder. You will get your confidence back automatically. Answered by Latchke...Age : 48 1 month ago Edit Delete |

Competency boosts confidence. "While behaviors that increase competency are associated with decreased happiness in the moment, those who spend time on activities that meet the need for autonomy experience increased happiness." In other words, no pain, no gain. A sense of achievement makes you feel competent, and subsequently, confident. Answered by ArleneU2Age : 51 1 month ago Edit Delete |

Confidence that was there once is never lost, it's only blocked, out of fear usually. Something convinced you to shelve your confidence. It could be fear of letting someone down, or a general fear of failing, but at the end of the day, it's about fear. Answer: Feel the fear and do it anyway... that is confidence. That's also the title of a book. :) Answered by LazAge : 44 1 month ago Edit Delete |

Confidence is a state of mind. It's your willingness to be willing to take risks knowing that not succeeding does not mean that you have failed. Begin to take risks and built on each success and don't allow setbacks to dictate your future. None of us walked the first time we got on our feet. Accept setbacks as part of the proccess of succeeding. Answered by kidsfor...Age : 40 1 month ago Edit Delete |
