You can learn from everybody, from the kid in the street to the old lady in the window. Everyone has something to teach, if you know how to look. Answered by Latchke...Age : 48 1 month ago Edit Delete |

The job of being a mentor is a two way street. The Mentor or Tutor has to show that he has the gift and patients to work with children, they have to be kind and caring. As well the students should also be willing in listening to their Mentor or Tutors. Answered by Laury D...Age : 34 1 month ago Edit Delete |

Mentoring is a two way process. It's not just choosing a mentor but the prospective mentor has to also choose you. You need to choose someone that you would like to emulate because they embody all the values and qualities that you would like to achieve for yourself. Seek out those individuals as your friends and eventually the process weeds itself out and you will find a ground of compatibility. Never force yourself on to someone else or ask to be mentored. It is a natural process that needs to occur naturally and unforced. Answered by ManAge : 49 1 month ago Edit Delete |
