don't be mean or to blunt about it. just talk about it your partner will listen. Praise the good things in your partner because they'll need positive reinforcements. Make sure you make your partner understand that it isn't a bad thing but that you can both work on putting some diversity into your relationship whether it's trying new positions or just adding new toys. Never be affraid to explore and even better explore it together. Communication is key.

If you feel that this is someone that you want to continue to see and be with then the conversation has to be about us and not just him. You begin by sharing how you feel about him and all the positive qualities that he possess. Instead of pointing out how he does not fully satisfy you, instead you discuss ways that you can both improve how you cab both better satisfy each other. Try not to point blame but a method to better satisfy each other. Ask him for his suggestions on how you both can increase the enjoyment you are both experiencing. Good luck. No blame and no shame.
