How to get rid of head lice? My daughter got lice from her friend, now I have them,my mom that lives with us has them and our little dog has them,I've tried rid 3x. I've tried nix once and even Listerine. How to get rid of head lice?

Hello, Candis My brother and I had headlice when we were children. The doctor had told my mother to run our heads under HOT water, (not to hot; tolerable). It worked like a charm for me. Gd Luck. Firstly you need to go to the doctor or chemist, then you need to treat the whole family at the same time and also wash claen and vacume everywhere to get rid of the ones around the house, any signs of the coming back repeat the process and next time don't leave them they won't go on ther're own!!!
