I am so sorry to hear of your trouble. My Bible tells me that "And we know that all things work together for good, to those who love God,to those who are called according to His purpose" Romans 8:28. To some degree you may have to cut some slack to those who may have reservations about you/ your character. Maybe it will take time to earn their trust again. There are Biblical principles for dealing with such situations. I would consider speaking with the pastor to get his recomendation. If that doesn't get you any results I would look for another church. I belong to a Baptist church whose members reach out to those who are in prison or have been released. As far as employment is concerned, I believe a simular situation exists. You must as other in the same place have done; pull yourself up and persevere to regain your credibility. When Ii finish this, I will pray for you. Hang in there. "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart".Gal. 6:9
