I think you should send him a letter telling him what you want to tell him .But you may have to tell him he has to get rid of that girl if you want to date me.Make your letter honest and truthful. You never know u it might turn out good or bad but u should always tell a guy what u want to know and he may says something that u may not want to know but hey it happens just tell someone that u like them. this same problem happened too me and i stopped talking to him because he led me to believe that something could happen then to hear that he had a girlfriend but that wasn't the smartest move because when he finally broke up with her he wouldn't speak to me because i didn't speak to him when he was with her and he wouldn't give me a chance because of the way i reacted to the situation she keep talking to him and tell him how u feel but dont be to close cause u know girls love drama kymmy boo out!!!!!!!!!! Wait for the opportune time to tell him. You should stay friends with him and if you are important to him like he is to you, you will not lose his connection. You want to respect the girl he is with and let him make the move towards you without you pushing it. In conclusion, there is no rush to be with him but don't lose your friendship.
