I have had a very profound dream that means something because I have had so unusal results on account of it please help.

I saw a picture of an Indian worshiping an oak tree but only from behind. When I moved the picture in different angles it was turning as if to look at me but couldn't and when I looked in the mirror there he was very calm and so was I. I wasn't shocked not scared and because I had to go to work I went to leave and then encountered my white masses like smoke and they passed through my body very much like an orgasm like at least 3 or 4 it was special.
