I still have feelings for this man. I need to know if he does for me are if he is just scared. he has changed his number so I am guessing he wants me to disappear also. He is the one who called me to tell me how much he loved and cared about me and wants to have some type of relationship.

The fact that he changed his number and hasn't contacted you is clear that he wants no further contact. While he may have or have had feelings for you he realized that he is married. Even if he is unhappy he is still married and he may be keeping that vow that he made to his partner. You may think that this is the man for you, but if and until he is LEGALLY single you need to move on. Unhappiness in marriage is a big reason for infidelity.
