I work as a pub live in manager and having trouble with the boss and need help anyone know where i can get it?
Being treatened with sack for not doing job proplerly but was not given provisions to do so also getting depressed and need to know where i would stand trying to go on the sick?

It's time to look for another job where the boss helps you to succeed. Trying to get sick leave when unhappy is just like bailing out. Instead of blaming your boss for your unhappiness try finding your own solution. Sooner or later you need to take control of your feelings and life.
