I believe there is something called "Natural Born Leader". It's not necessary to go to school & get involved in so many things to become a successful leader. Yet, ofcourse "EDUCATION" gives you more power & control over leadership capabilities & helps to enhance it. Every single human being born with some natural gift & I firmly believe that.

Great leaders like Jesus, Moses, Abraham Lincoln, none of them went to Universities to become one, yet their influence, words & work had huge impact on their respective followers. You can find few more examples if you digg into it.

There is no such thing as a natural born leader. No one is born being a leader. You learn being a leader depending on your thoughts, values, and intellect. From the moment of entering Middle school or High school; and if you carry a good conversation in a crowed or a Pta meeting, then you can consider yourself a natural leader. However, keep in mind that to be a natural leader there is more then how well you groomed yourself in school. Nevertheless, natural leader can be considered anyone who helps the community like, police officers, firefighter,Teachers, Mayors and govenors.
This is my position.

I believe that that everyone has the ability to lead and often does in different situations. Dependent on the situation some individuals may feel more comfortable and perform better than others. Often it takes a special event or crisis to bring out the leadership qualities that may not be practiced often. I think that leadership qualities can be improved over time as individuals grow older and wiser.
