Not at all. I wish I had seen your post before I stupidly sent them $987. They are now operation out of Decatur, GA and just took me to the cleaners. I needed to get my car from inpound (nice car too) due to my middle son racking up $1000 worth of parking tickets and hiding them from me. I was also going to use to money to make up the tuition shortfall for youngest son's college. Now I am going to lose my car and I have to tell baby boy that he may have to take the fall semester off. They are being investigated, but they will just start this crap up again in another city with some other dessperate folks.

DO NOT DO THIS. I have experienced this same issue with this company I have gotten the fbi involved and they are really looking into this scam. If I am lucky I might get my money back but I am not counting on it.

If you send the $800. You will never see it again. Have experienced this scam and lost out. The issue is "insurance fee". If it was legit, they would take the "insurance fee" out of the loan proceeds. What would happen is that first you make the payment, then, they come back with a "we have a problem with your credit and as a result, we need another fee to further insure your debt". Or, there will be another story about, "government action freezing the accounts of the underwriter", or some other B.S.
If you are still unsure whether or not this is "legit", just check your credit reports. You will see that more than likely there will be no inquiries as to your credit. If they did not check your credit, why the need for insurance for your credit? Good Luck!
