If you mean in the arena of work and leadership, a true leader attracts followers (love). A title does not make one a true leader. If you lead from the base of fear, that will beget paranoia and mistrust....no one will genuinely follow you; they will maintain as long as they are able, then move on. Well, if the question is; Is it Better to be loved or to fear it,I would have to say that if you are a person who's been lucky to love and vice a versa, than you are a very fortunate person. However, what we should understand is that love comes in different forms. We can be loved by our parents, family members, friends, and of course by a special someone. We are loved everyday because God has taught us to love threw our parents. We should also keep in mind what love is. To love someone is to be faithful to that person. For example,how do you show a friend that you love them: by letting them know that they can trust you, listening to that person and being with that person in both good and bad times.
