trust me I know the feeling. The sad thing is that there are people out there that prey on someone who will give of themselves because that is who you are. I am the same way. You just have to keep telling yourself that you did the right thing and even though you got the short end of the stick. Somewhere down the line good things will happen to you and for you. Sometimes I call it pennance. Just remember you are the one that did the right thing. Answered by mikeAge : 55 1 month ago Edit Delete |

“Time and unforeseen occurrence” befall us all, states God’s Word. (Ecclesiastes 9:11) All of a sudden, a crime, an accident, or a disease can bring great distress—and disappointment. The Bible also says: “Expectation postponed is making the heart sick.” (Proverbs 13:12) Eager anticipation of something good fills us with joy, but if it is not soon realized, we may feel a depressing sense of letdown. Coach is right, good people are selfless and not selfish, but sometimes we make decisions for the pleasure of bring nice. And sometimes we expect something in return without expecting, because of our kind nature. Most of the time we make decisions with our minds and not heart. Because the mind was conditioned to be sweet, nice, friendly, helpful and kindhearted with thoughts and not with our hearts. And that is where nice people decision making becomes a mistake and they end up with the short end of the stick. Answered by NeoleseAge : 30 1 month ago Edit Delete |
