My 11 year old daughter SSI case is at the appeals council.But I filed again just for the hell of it to see what will happen she got approved.Do you think she will get approved at the appeals council.
I'v been fighting her case for almost 3 years.Got denied t the hearing and appealed.Her case is at the appeals council.She is SDHD bipolar and hears voices. I decided to file another ssi claim just for the hell of it to see what will happen and she got approved for the same problems she was denied at te hearing for will she get approved by the appeals council also?
