The Poison Control contact has stated that almost all the glow jewelry and glow sticks sold today are non-toxic and suggested drinking milk for the ones who had possibly swallowed any of the fluid. Rinse the mouth with lots of water in either case, even if there's little to no chance of ingestion. If there's any discomfort in the mouth, throat or stomach, eat ice cream or flavored ice.

If you have any concerns, call Poison Control. If you think that you're reacting to the chemicals, call EMS immediately or have someone drive you to the Hospital. Hope this helps.
