I've been through this with my son and I have to agree it is just temporary. As a mother I can advise you to let your daughter sleep with a pullup and just get up in the middle of the night to put her to either pee or do what she has to do. With time she will wake up herself and do it and eventually it will stop all together. hopefully, thats what i did with my son but then again all children are different.

Have no fear this is a temporary situation and will probably stop when her bowel movements occur with her waking schedule. She is uncomfortable with soiled diapers and has also accepted the use of a potty. If you're up check her diapers before going to bed. She will shortly be better able to control the need to have bowel movements while she is asleep. This to shall pass.
