It's very hard to be in the middle of a battle zone like this. The best thing you can do is to try to be nice to everyone, return kindness and understanding for grumpiness and anger. And try to remember that your grandmother and father are not angry with YOU - you're not the cause, though you may be the target from time to time. You can't change their behavior, but you can control your response to the situation. If you try to remain calm and respond with patience and courtesy, even when provoked, you'll be teaching your gram and father a better way to relate.

It might help to have a trusted person to confide in and talk to about this - maybe a teacher or a minister who you trust and like. You need our outlet, too, and you should have a safe place to process all this stuff.
