My husband is in the U.S for 4 years, he is a green card holder. Can he put in my papaer works from now. Next year august will make 5 years he is there. I know I will not get my green card until he is

What I really wanted to know is that if he put it in from now i know i will not get my green card until he is a citizen . But the question I am asking is "If he puts it in from now am I or can i obtain a travel document and a work permit to work in the US and also a SSN |
