John this must be reported asap not only for your brother whom you are worried about but also for yourself. It's not to late for justice to be served. Go and report this to the proper authorities.

Please report this asap child protection will have to open a case and investigate.
If they don't keep talking to people you will find someone who will listen.
Good luck to you both.

John,

You must tell someone at once. What happened to you is unforgivable, nevertheless you owe it to your brother to change his fate. The best way you can help your brother is by speaking to your grandparents so they can speak to either of them and if with this anything doesn't change, then I will advice you grandparents or you to call the social workers.

This must be very difficult for you to try to decide to reveal what happen to you and expose your parents in order to protect your brother from the possibility of abuse. How would you feel if your brother suffered as you did because of your silence or if he has already been abused and you could have prevented it from happening? You need to find someone you can trust to share your concerns and seek support. You cannot handle this alone. You need help and handling your abuse in order to be able to help your brother. Look for crisis hot-lines or domestic abuse organizations that can help mend your pieces in order to allow you to be of help to your brother. It must have been difficult for you to write this question but keep your momentum by going the next set and seek help immediately before your pain is repeated. You know what your next steps are. Don't let your pain hold you back from doing what you know are the correct next steps.
