Neighbours cat keeps tearing up our veg. garden on our property, is there anything legally I can do?
Our veg.garden is at the back of our house.Each night her cat(s) keep tearing up our vegs. we have planted.we know its her cat because we have seen the cat and can hear the bell on her collar.We have told her(our neighbour) about this but she doesn't do anything.Please help us.

You can threaten your neighbor that you will take her to small claims court and seek damages for her cats actions. Other than that you will probably have to put some wiring mesh fencing around your garden. In fairness to your neighbor it is very difficult to control a cat's behavior when outdoors. Try telling the neighbor that you will be setting a harmless catch and trap for her cat and you are giving her fair notice. Good luck.
