Leadership is not just something you can jump into to boost one's self esteem. There are a lot of obstacles, and some issues which are never written in black and white for reference. We have so far witnessed a lot of people running away from their offices because of pressure. You need to be experienced for real to be a leader, because it is not a joke. I enjoy listening to politics. Very intelligent people are being put on a corner. So, for one to be out of that corner, you need to know how. There are two kind of leadership. The leadership that you are born with and the other is the one you develop over time. In order to become a leader you don't need any experience you just need to excel, impress others about what you are capable of doing by yourself, Self control, self motivation, your efforts and quality of results.
