LITTLE BROTHERS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! i understand if you are annoyed at the people who say "oh just talk to the guy, tell him how you feel!" GUYS DON'T WANT TO KNOW YOUR FEELINGS! guys want someone they can feel comfortable around at this age. if you start admitting that you like him, it will make him feel like a horrible person if he doesn't like you. tell him that his little brother told you that he liked you. ask him if it is true. i know it will be hard, but if you just ask it causually without accusing him or addmitting anything you should be able to tell if he is worth it! good luck! Just start a conversation and see where that takes you. Guys tend to be a little awkward so don't be too aggressive because you might scare him off.
