No. Take it from me. I have always told bosses how I feel and it has not served me well. You would think that a "boss" would value a real opinion and not a "yes" man opinion, but it is not the case. The Yes man will always win out, unfortunately, because the boss tends to not want to hear the truth. Before you tell your boss how you feel, make sure that you check any spelling errors if you are using a written format. Weigh the potential responses and what the outcome might be by what you are going say.
