This guy got me drunk to the point of not remembering anything at all, on my period, woke up naked and bloody, is this considered rape?
I went to a party with a girlfriend because she wanted to meet a guy she liked, turned out that there were 3 guys and only 2 of us, they were immediately disappointed that we didn't bring another girl. I had no idea this is what it was all about b/c my friend failed to mention it. I remember having 3 beers and 2 drinks but nothing else. according to my friend, I was going crazy (running up the street, yelling, acting like fool etc.) She told me the next day that she overheard the guy who took advantage of me talking to her guy saying "shes drunk, but not drunk enough to suck my dick". From the first sight of this guy I thought he was disgusting, then to find out I was sucking his dick under a table (I don't remember any of this). not to mention hes in his 40's with 10 yr old kids and I'm 22. all I know is I wouldn't not ever in a million years have sex while I'm on my period, then my friend wakes me up in the morning in the old guys bed while I'm naked and covered in blood. is this rape?!!?

i didn't read the whole question but, what i have to say is . no one got you drunk. you got you drunk. unless he shoved it down your throat you have the choice and the control. i'm not saying it's right no is no. no matter what but, you set yourself up. guys are pigs and if you put it out there it's gonna happen. next time you drink that much with someone you don't know if you trust you might not be as lucky. take it from someone who's knows there's alot of uglier places you could of woke up at if you were lucky enough to wake up at all. think. the guy had fun with you. he had the opportunity and he used it well. he didn't fore you to drink did he? or did he put a knife to your neck and said if you don't drink he would kill you? if then, its your fault. and although he kind of raped you. sorry but the guy is smart. i really mean am sorry truly sorry. and one more thing check if you are pregnant. Fuck yea that is RAPE!!! I say that they slip you a date rape pill.!!!!! that is why you dont remember anything. I would have called the police. more that you woke up in his bed, hell ya. You should of call police and got to hospital and got tested for the drug they gave you. You keep calling that girl your friend, she is not your fucken friend because she set you up because she should of told you what kind of party was it. Also for you, you should of ask more question about the party that you are going to. if she was your good friend she wouldn't have left you alone and once she saw that you were acting weird. she should of taken you home. If you did not consent and can't remember then it probably was rape. Now what are you going to do? On the other hand no one gets you drunk there you did have free will. My advice is that the next time you go out with the girls be a little more cautious on who decide to spend the evening with while you're still sober and can make a rationale decision.
