In today's competitive market, having the education and experience required for a position is merely a starting point. As CEO of my own business, during the interview process I look for add-on's such as personal presentation, dress, and proper use of English to express one's self. It is important that you convey initiatve and the ability to solve problems since that is a lot of why employers hire applicants. Additionally I always consider whether or not if the applicant can represent me, my services and products to my clientele and potential customers in the professional manner required.
