If you are speaking about people then the best who lack conviction is inexperienced in comparison to the worst who might gain experiences from their past actions.Just to add convictions can be good or bad based on fact,opinion and prejudice. It's not a good idea to generalize because assumptions and judgement about others can be misleading. I beleive that their are three sides to every story because it's rare to completely know or understand the entire truth.Please clarify - Best/Worst and what do you really mean by using different or simple words maybe with an example.Thanks
