I know you want closure and a reason why could he move on after everything you've both went through together and shared. But if he doesn't have feelings for you anymore it is what it is. I know it hurts. I've been through the same. You could try prayer. God, fmaily and close friends could help your heart. If you pray for God to comfort and heal & hug your heart, in time it'll heal. I recommmend the song "Broken heart" by Falling UP. It helped me realized that God could help and heal my broken heart. and in time He'll send in a good bf later. But right now you have tio give yourself time to heal and move forward. If it were meant to be in time it'll show if not its okay Godd has something wonderful for you in time.
