It is hard to be honest because it means taking responsibility for everything you say and do. It never stops being hard, but you can look at your life and make the choice. It's only difficult in the begining. But after you given truth a chance you will realize how much better is is than deception. Consider all the emotional energy it takes to maintain a life of lies. And at what cost? There's no upside. Be honest in a relationship and you will be with someone who loves you for who you are, rather than living a lie.
