Why is there a paradox when it comes to religion?
Some overly-religious people make themselves look crazy with the aggressive way with which they try to convert you to their beliefs. When you point it out to them, their defense is to assume that you are simply too wayward and need to be "brought back to light". It is a vicious circle. In Religion Asked by crystal... There is a lot of truth when it is said not to mix politics and religion. It appears that in society many who choose to speak on either topic want to profess and not dialogue. Just look at how political discourse takes place around the world where people tend not to be very tolerant of opposing views. Instead of aligning ourselves based on a religious or political view, we should approach the problems of the world from a collective prospective to create a common approach and leaving out the choosing of sides. We will have today, tomorrow as we've had in the beginning those who feel they have all the answers on any topic and especially religion and politics. Just try to be the voice of reason which allow even the most timid have a voice in the conversation. Practice tolerance and it will be mirrored. Answered by ManAge : 49 1 month ago Edit Delete |
