With all the technology available parents should almost use it as a tracking device. Parents should give themselves the right to rid themselves of the guilt that they don't trust their children because they keep track of where they are. Absolutely not. It would be totally irresponsible for any parent to allow their teenager to attend a party before speaking to the host parents and making sure of the supervision.
