for one thing, your killing yourself with all the stimulants,stop it!! you need to get yourself in a regular sleeping habbit,set a bedtime and wake up time and stick to it!! then your body will adjust in a natural way.no wonder you cant sleep!!

sometimes caffeine does the complete opposite, coffe makes me sleepy. you should really try to naturaly sleep every time your child/children sleep.
maybe even ask someone to babysit so you can sleep atleast an hour or two. i have 3 and its very hard but ive learned ways to keep up with them and youll learn ways to and get used to it just like every mom does it just takes some time going from taking care of yourself to taking care of someone else to....good luck

I suggest that you start reducing your caffeine intake and give your body a chance to rest naturally and you'll probably have more stamina to get through the day. Consider joining a support group for single parents you might pick up some tips on how others are handling a similar situation.
