I have a couple suggestions. You can go to a make up store like Sephora or to a Macy's makeup section and the girls there would be glad to not only apply your make up but also to show you some of their tricks. You can also look to see if there are any cosmetology schools or students in your neighborhood who maybe more than glad to show you what they've learned. I know on craigslist students ask for people to let them do their hair or makeup.
