Talk to him. Explain why he might have felt that you were ignoring him. But sometimes its better not to ruin a good friendship. If you two end up going out again and it doesn't work out..it might ruin the great friendship you guys had. Its better to have some kind of relationship than none. Think. Hope this helps =]

Maybe when you both were dating he thought you weren't yourself because you acted differently as a best friend. I'd say talk with him about it and if he's still unsure about being together, play some hard to get.

In life our relationships with people will change constantly. At this point in your life try not to focus too much on one person because this is the beginning of one of many people you will meet and like. Maybe you and he are meant to be good friends. When a relationship is meant to be its like putting on a shoe that fits perfectly. Remember that at times we may outgrow a shoe, so be prepared for changes that are part of any relationship. At other times shoes get worn and we need new ones and at other times we may find a shoe we many like better than the one we have. Just be prepared for the changes that life will bring but stay optimistic because eventually everything works out for the best.
